The Francesco Zomer Institute in Orleans, is an initiative of entrepreneur Francisco Zomer (in memory), named after his grandfather Francesco Zomer, a tribute to the saga of this Italian immigrant who contributed a lot to the socio-cultural and economic development of families at the end of the year. 19th century in the community of Rio Pinheiros Alto, cradle of colonization in Orléan.
Founded on January 9, 2007, the entity brings in its DNA a cultural vocation of transforming action in society, fostered by its founder and mentor Francisco Zomer. The institution develops free humanitarian work with the mission of integrating and valuing human beings in today’s society in their new challenges, dreams and achievements.
The Francesco Zomer Institute from 2021 is located in its new and remodeled space with educational sociocultural activities available to the entire community.
This project is a sociocultural adaptation where the integrated and valued society becomes a participant in a dynamic humanized and free program. The project is installed at the headquarters of the Plaszom Foundation.
